One day seminar- “Cost, Risk and Brand: The Directors role in protecting the company against corruption”
The session will cover 3 important areas:
– Cost: how can corruption add significant costs to your company, and what should you do to prevent this?
– Risk: where does corruption sit within the Enterprise Risk Management framework, how can it be quantified and how should corruption risk be presented to your board? The session has particular relevance at this time as the Corporate Liability clause is prepared to be passed by Parliament.
– Brand: what happens when a company gets caught up in a corruption scandal and how can you prevent this?
The session will be highly interactive with a mixture of presentations, case studies, discussion questions and open forum.
