ISO 37001: 2 Day Training 24-25 July
Trident Integrity Solutions presents a two-day training programme on ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System. This programme is designed for governance and integrity professionals considering the implementation of an anti-bribery compliance system based on ISO 37001. Participants of this programme will be equipped with an in-depth understanding of the ISO 37001, its overall structure, individual components and general requirements for compliance and working towards certification.

Day 1: Defining ISO 37001 and planning for implementation
- ISO Overview & Evolution of Management System Standards
- ISO 37001 ABMS Clause-by-clause explanation
- Planning for implementation of ISO 37001
Day 2: Performance management and preparation for certification audit
- Action Plan for Compliance Program
- Risk Management and Anti-bribery Compliance Program
- Continual improvement of Anti-bribery Management System
- Preparing for certification audit
The sessions will consist of presentations with discussion time.
